Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders ship in 10–14 business days unless otherwise stated. No weekend or holiday shipping.
Delays: High volume may add a few days. If a significant delay occurs we will email you.
Tracking: A shipment email with tracking is sent once your order leaves. Tracking activates within 24 hours.
Fees: Customs, tariffs, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damage in Transit: Inspect packages at delivery and keep all packaging. Contact us promptly so we can assist with a claim.

Dyed, Bleached and Splatter Item Disclaimer
Our dyed, bleached, and splatter products are handmade in small batches. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may include the following natural characteristics:
- Unique Patterns No two bleach, dye, or splatter designs will ever be the same.
- Splatter Texture Pieces with splatter can have a slight texture that softens after washing.
- Handmade Variations Dye is mixed by hand, so colors can differ between restocks or within the same color family.
- Bleach Differences Lightness and darkness of bleached areas will vary.
- Dye Qualities Items start from a white base. Some areas may appear darker or lighter, and minor dye transfer can occur. These are not stains or defects but part of the handmade process.
These details add to the individuality of every item and help your boutique offer pieces that cannot be duplicated.
Refund Policy
- No Returns Returns are not accepted unless a mistake was made on our part.
- Exclusions Color transfer during the dye process, dye concentration, bleach transfer, and normal handmade variations are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Eligibility When Approved If we approve a return for an error on our part, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- How to Start Email within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Exchanges Not offered at this time.
Sizing and Care
- Sizing Unisex fit, true to size. Size up for a looser fit, size down for a tighter fit.
- Care Turn inside-out. Wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on graphics.
Additional Notes
- Brand Substitutions Due to ongoing apparel shortages, comparable brands may be used when necessary while staying within the same color scheme and sizing.
